Job Summary

The Sales VP will lead our sales team and drive the strategic direction of our sales operations. The Sales VP will also work closely with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
